摘　　要：目的探讨双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)联合猪肺磷脂支持治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年10月我院收治的88例NRDS患儿,按照抽签法分为两组。对照组采用猪肺磷脂注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用BiPAP治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肺通气功能、血气指标及免疫功能。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)升高,MAP、PEEP、PaCO_(2)降低,且观察组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于对照组,MAP、PEEP、PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组B、NK细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BiPAP联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗NRDS患儿的效果理想,可改善患儿肺通气功能及血气指标,增强其免疫功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP)combined with porcine phospholipid support in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 88 NRDS children admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The control group was treated with porcine phospholipid injection,and the observation group was treated with BiPAP on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary ventilation function,blood gas index and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 and SaO,of the two groups increased,and the MAP,PEEP and PaCO2 decreased(P<0.05);the PaO2 and SaO,of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of B and NK cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions BiPAP combined with porcine phospholipid injection has ideal effect in the treatment of NRDS children,which can improve the pulmonary ventilation function and blood gas index,and enhance the immune function.
