持续性心房颤动患者血清FGF23、尿酸水平与其心房纤维化的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析持续性心房颤动患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)、尿酸(UA)水平与其心房纤维化的相关性。方法选取2020年7月至2022年8月我院收治的心房颤动患者166例,根据病情严重程度不同分为持续性心房颤动组(n=86)和阵发性心房颤动组(n=80);另选取同期在我院确诊的50例窦性心律患者作为对照组。比较三组患者的血清FGF23、UA、心房纤维化生化标记物[Ⅰ型胶原羧基端前肽(PICP)、Ⅲ型胶原前多肽(PⅢNP)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)]水平,分析持续性心房颤动患者血清FGF23、UA与其心房纤维化生化标记物的相关性。结果持续性心房颤动组血清FGF23、UA、PICP、PⅢNP、LN、HA水平高于阵发性心房颤动组与对照组,且阵发性心房颤动组血清FGF23、PICP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。持续性心房颤动患者血清FGF23与PICP、PⅢNP、LN、HA呈明显正相关(P<0.05);血清UA与PICP、PⅢNP呈明显正相关(P<0.05),与LN、HA无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论持续性心房颤动患者血清FGF23、UA水平异常升高,与其心房纤维化具有一定的相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23),uric acid(UA)levels and atrial fibrosis in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.Methods 166 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into persistent atrial fibrillation group(n=86)and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(n=80)according to the disease severity.Another 50 patients with sinus rhythm diagnosed in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum FGF23,UA and atrial fibrosis biochemical markers(PICP,PIIINP,LN,HA)were compared among the three groups,and the correlation between serum FGF23,UA and atrial fibrosis biochemical markers in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation was analyzed.Results The serum FGF23,UA,PICP,PIINP,LN and HA levels of the persistent atrial fibrllation group were higher than those of the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and the control group,and the serum FGF23 and PICP levels of the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum FGF23 in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation showed significant positive correlation with PICP,PIIINP,LN,and HA(P<0.05);Serum UA showed significant positive correlation with PICP and PIIINP(P<0.05)and no significant correlation with LN and HA(P>0.05).Conclusions Serum FGF23 and UA levels in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation are abnormally elevated,and have a certain correlation with atrial fibrosis.
