二陈汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗痰浊壅肺型慢性阻塞肺疾病急性加重期患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨二陈汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗痰浊壅肺型慢性阻塞肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的效果。方法将60例AECOPD患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用二陈汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗,两组均连续治疗10 d。比较两组的临床疗效、血气指标和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论二陈汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗痰浊壅肺型AECOPD患者的安全性和疗效良好,可改善患者通气状况,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Erchen Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)of phlegm obstructing lung type.Methods 60 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Erchen Decoction combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO,was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusions Modified Erchen Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of AECOPD patients with phlegm obstructing lung type has good safety and efficacy,and can improve patients'ventilation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
