糖皮质激素辅助丙种球蛋白治疗传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的分析糖皮质激素辅助丙种球蛋白治疗传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)患儿的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2023年6月我院收治的IM患儿84例,随机分为联合组与对照组各42例。对照组采用丙种球蛋白治疗,联合组采用糖皮质激素辅助丙种球蛋白治疗,比较两组患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群、症状改善情况及疗效。结果治疗后,联合组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组退热时间、扁桃体炎消退时间、肝脾肿大消退时间、淋巴结缩小时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素辅助丙种球蛋白治疗IM患儿的效果确切,可促进缓解患儿发热、肝脾肿大等症状,改善其免疫力。Objective To analyze the effect of glucocorticoid-assisted gamma globulin in the treatment of children with infectious mononucleosis(IM).Methods 84 IM children admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into combined group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gamma globulin,and the combined group was treated with glucocorticoid-assisted gamma globulin.The T lymphocyte subpopulation,symptom improvement and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fever relief time,tonsillitis resolution time,hepatosplenomegaly resolution time,and lymph node reduction time of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 92.86%,significantly higher than 76.19%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Glucocorticoid-assisted gamma globulin has exact effect in the treatment of IM children,which can promote the symptom relief of fever and hepatosplenomegaly and improve their immunity.
