摘　　要：目的探讨贮存式自体成分输血对骨科手术患者免疫功能和血液流变学的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2024年4月行骨科手术的95例患者,按照就诊顺序分为两组。对照组采用异体输血,观察组采用贮存式自体成分输血。比较两组免疫功能、血常规及血流变学指标。结果术后1 d、3 d、7 d,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,两组的RBC、Hb、HCT均低于输血前(P<0.05);两组的RBC、Hb、HCT比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后7 d,两组ESR升高,但观察组ESR低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贮存式自体成分输血对骨科手术患者术后免疫功能的抑制作用较弱,且对机体血流变学影响较轻。Objective To explore the effect of stored autologous component transfusion on immune function and hemorheology in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods 95 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment order.The control group used allogeneic blood transfusion,and the observation group used stored autogenous component transfusion.The indicators of immune function,blood routine and hemorheology were compared between the two groups.Results 1 day,3 days and 7 days after surgery,theCD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4/CD8^(+)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).7 days after surgery,the RBC,Hb and HCT of the two groups were lower than those before blood transfusion(P<0.05);no statistical difference was found in the RBC,Hb and HCT between the two groups(P>0.05).7 days after surgery,the ESR of the two groups increased,but the ESR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Stored autologous component transfusion has a weak inhibitory effect on postoperative immune function and a relatively mild impact on the body hemodynamics in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.
