枳实消痞丸加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)实施枳实消痞丸加减治疗的效果。方法将80例DGP患者作为样本,根据掷骰子分为传统组、治疗组,每组40例。传统组行多潘立酮治疗,治疗组行枳实消痞丸加减治疗。比较两组疗效、胃肠激素指标(胃泌素、胃动素及生长抑素)、胃排空情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.50%高于传统组的82.50%(χ^(2)=5.0000,P=0.0253<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃动素、胃泌素均高于治疗前,生长抑素均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组胃动素(351.62±18.76)pg/ml、胃泌素(69.82±4.52)pg/ml均高于传统组的(332.49±17.03)、(64.11±3.08)pg/ml,生长抑素(12.09±2.11)ng/ml低于传统组的(20.97±6.13)ng/ml(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃排空时间均短于治疗前,胃排空率均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组胃排空时间(2.98±0.65)h短于传统组的(4.01±0.77)h,胃排空率(72.96±5.03)%高于传统组的(55.31±8.92)%(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率5.00%低于传统组的20.00%(χ^(2)=4.1143,P=0.0425<0.05)。结论枳实消痞丸加减治疗DGP的总有效率高,能缩短胃排空时间,维持较高胃排空率,提升胃肠动力,且不良反应少,能促进患者的康复。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Zhishi Xiaopi pill in treating diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods 80 patients with DGP were divided into a traditional group and a treatment group according to dice-rolling method,with 40 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with domperidone,and the treatment group was treated with modified Zhishi Xiaopi pill.The efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone indexes(gastrin,motilin and somatostatin),gastric emptying and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 97.50%in the treatment group was higher than 82.50%in the traditional group(χ^(2)=5.0000,P=0.0253<0.05).After treatment,the motilin and gastrin in both groups were higher than those before treatment,while the somatostatin was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had motilin of(351.62±18.76)pg/ml and gastrin of(69.82±4.52)pg/ml,which were higher than(332.49±17.03)and(64.11±3.08)pg/ml in the traditional group;the somatostatin of(12.09±2.11)ng/ml in the treatment group was lower than(20.97±6.13)ng/ml in the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time in both groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the gastric emptying rate was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time of(2.98±0.65)h in the treatment group was shorter than(4.01±0.77)h in the traditional group,and the gastric emptying rate of(72.96±5.03)%was higher than(55.31±8.92)%in the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of 5.00%in the treatment group was lower than 20.00%in the traditional group(χ^(2)=4.1143,P=0.0425<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhishi Xiaopi pill has high total effective rate in the treatment of DGP,which can shorten the gastric emptying time,maintain a high gastric emptying rate,improve gastrointestinal motility,and reduce adverse reactions,thus promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
