摘　　要：为获知近年来眉县猪、牛和羊口蹄疫的免疫情况,对2017-2023年间全县8个镇(街)共7059份猪、牛和羊血清样品进行抗体检测,并从不同年份、不同季节、不同区域等角度对当地口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率进行比较分析。结果显示,2017-2023年眉县全域猪、牛和羊的口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率均高于70%。其中,牛和羊O型口蹄疫的免疫抗体合格率最高达100%且保持稳定,而猪O型口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率在个别镇(街)较低,低至45%,说明该县近7年间猪、牛和羊口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率总体达到农业农村部的标准(>70%),但针对猪应立即调整现行的免疫流程,加强集中免疫和日常补充免疫,以建立起县域有效的动物免疫保护屏障,确保养殖业健康发展。In order to learn the immunization situation of foot-and-mouth disease in swine,cattle and goats in Meixian county in recent years,this study tested 7059 swine,cattle and goat serum samples in 8 streets anf towns of the county from 2017 to 2023,and compared and analyzed the qualified rate of local foot-and-mouth disease immune antibodies from different years,different seasons and different regions.The results showed that from 2017 to 2023,the qualified rate of foot-and-mouth disease immune antibodies in swine,cattle and goats in Meixian county was higher than 70%.Among them,the qualified rate of cattle and goat type O foot-and-mouth disease immune antibodies was up to 100%and remained stable,and the qualified rate of swine immune antibodies in individual towns was low as 45%,the swine,cattle and goat foot-and-mouth disease immune antibody qualified rate met the standard of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs(>70%),but for swine,the current immunization process should be immediately adjusted,strengthened to establish the effective animal immune protection barrier,ensure the healthy development of animal husbandry.
