摘　　要：犬细小病毒病(Canine parvovirus disease,CPV)是犬的一种烈性传染病。该病传染性强,不同季节、不同品种及各年龄段的犬均可发病,如不及时治疗,常会导致病犬死亡。作者对前来医院就诊的2例肠炎型和心肌炎型犬细小病毒病例进行基本的临床检查、血常规检查以及胶体金快速诊断卡检查进行诊断,使用特异性治疗法、支持疗法、对症治疗等对患病犬进行治疗。最终肠炎型病例痊愈,心肌炎型病例死亡。结果可为不同型犬细小病毒临床病例的诊治提供参考。Canine parvovirus disease(CPV)is a virulent infectious disease of dogs.The disease is highly contagious,and dogs of different seasons,breeds and ages can be affected with the disease.The disease often leads to death if the affected dog is not treated in time.The two cases of dogs with enteritis and myocarditis types were diagnosed by basic clinical examination,blood routine tests and colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay,and the dogs were treated with specific antibody,supportive and symptomatic therapy by author.Finally,the enteritis case cured,but the myocarditis case died.The results can provide clinical reference for diagnosis and treatment of different types of canine parvovirus disease.
