摘 要:为加快港口协同发展,基于空间杜宾面板模型从沿海港口整体视角和港口群视角测度我国港口的空间溢出效应以评判港口间的竞争与合作关系,并采用空间效应分解方法分析港口间竞争与合作的潜在经济动因。对我国沿海分属五大港口群的45个港口展开实证研究,结果显示:我国沿海港口整体上呈负的空间溢出效应,港口间存在一定程度的竞争态势;从港口群视角来看,空间溢出效应在不同港口群的表现具有一定差异性。长三角港口群呈正向空间溢出效应,港际关系以合作为主导;环渤海港口群和西南沿海港口群呈负向空间溢出效应,港际关系以竞争为主导;东南沿海港口群和珠三角港口群在统计意义上并不存在空间溢出效应。总体而言,港口城市的固定资产投资、人均GDP、第三产业占GDP比重、进出口总额等是促进港口发展的重要经济要素,相关经济要素在不同区域对港口的空间效应影响也具有差异性。To accelerate the coordinated development of ports,the spatial spillover effects of Chinese ports are measured to judge the competition and cooperation relationship among ports from the perspectives of coastal ports as a whole and port clusters based on the spatial Durbin panel model,and the spatial effect decomposition method is used to analyze the potential economic motivation behind the competition and cooperation among ports.The findings reveal that:Chinese coastal ports as a whole exhibit a negative spatial spillover effect,and there exists a certain degree of competitive dynamics among ports;from the perspective of port clusters,the extent and nature of spatial spillover effects exhibit variations in different port clusters.The Yangtze River Delta port cluster displays a positive spatial spillover effect,with inter-port relations dominated by cooperation;the Bohai Rim port cluster and the southwest coastal port cluster demonstrate a negative spatial spillover effect,with inter-port relations dominated by competition;the spatial spillover effects in the statistical sense are not observed in the southeast coastal port cluster and the Pearl River Delta port cluster.In general,the investment of port cities in fixed assets,GDP per capita,the contribution rate of the tertiary industry to GDP and the total export-import volume are important economic factors to promote port development.The influence of relevant economic factors on port spatial effects also varies across regions.
