摘 要:针对海上船舶空调能耗高、污染大的问题,建立以海水为冷媒的露点间接蒸发冷却器(regenerative indirect evaporative cooler,RIEC)传热传质数值模型。分析5个环境参数和2个结构参数对一次空气出口温度和湿球效率的影响,并与纯水RIEC进行对比。结果表明,在相同的几何和工作条件下,海水RIEC的冷却性能比纯水RIEC的略有下降,一次空气出口温度平均升高约0.28℃,湿球效率平均降低6.73%。因此,从热性能的角度来看,海水RIEC在船舶空调中的应用是可行的。To address the problems of the high energy consumption and the heavy pollution of the air-conditioning system in marine ships,a numerical model of regenerative indirect evaporative cooler(RIEC)for heat and mass transfer using seawater as the natural cooling media is established.The influence of five environmental parameters and two structural parameters on the primary air outlet temperature and the wet bulb efficiency is analyzed,and compared with a pure water RIEC.The results show that under the same geometric and working conditions,the cooling performance of the seawater RIEC slightly decreases compared with that of the pure water RIEC,the primary air outlet temperature on average increases by about 0.28℃,and the wet bulb efficiency on average decreases by about 6.73%.Therefore,from the perspective of thermal performance,the application of the seawater RIEC in ship air-conditioning is feasible.
