摘 要:为满足国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)第三阶段船舶能效设计指数(energy efficiency design index,EEDI)的要求,提出一种液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,LNG)燃料船船载碳捕集系统(onboard carbon capture system,OCCS)。OCCS通过醇胺溶液对主机烟气中的CO_(2)进行富集,并回收主机烟气余热用于醇胺溶液再生,再利用LNG汽化过程中释放的冷能对解吸出的CO_(2)进行液化。以一艘Kamsarmax型船为例,构建基于冷热能综合利用的OCCS模型,分析烟气质量流量、溶剂质量流量和吸收塔进口处的贫液温度对CO_(2)捕集量及比热耗的影响。结果表明:提高贫液温度能够有效减少热量消耗,烟气和溶剂质量流量对CO_(2)捕集量影响显著,当溶剂质量流量大于18000 kg/h时,OCCS能满足IMO第三阶段的CO_(2)减排要求。该船通过所设计的OCCS可以满足IMO第三阶段EEDI的要求,其比热耗在10.9~12.2 GJ/t范围内。To meet the requirements of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)energy efficiency design index(EEDI)in the 3rd phase,an onboard carbon capture system(OCCS)for liquefied natural gas(LNG)fuel ships is proposed.In OCCS,CO_(2)from the flue gas of main engine is enriched through the alcohol amine solution,and the waste heat from the flue gas of main engine is recovered for the alcohol amine solution regeneration.The desorbed CO_(2)is liquefied by utilizing the cold energy released during LNG gasification.Taking a Kamsarmax ship as an example,an OCCS model based on the comprehensive utilization of cold and heat energy is constructed.The effects of the flue gas mass flow rate,the solution mass flow rate and the lean solution temperature at the inlet of the absorber on CO_(2)capture amount and specific heat consumption are analyzed.The results show that:increasing the temperature of lean solution can effectively reduce the heat consumption,and the flue gas mass flow rate and the solution mass flow rate have a significant effect on the CO_(2)capture amount.When the solution mass flow rate is greater than 18000 kg/h,the OCCS can meet the IMO requirements of CO_(2)emission reduction in the 3rd phase.The ship can meet the IMO EEDI requirements of the 3rd phase by the designed OCCS,and the specific heat consumption is within the range of 10.9 to 12.2 GJ/t.
