摘 要:切割悬挂钢丝绳以调整配重缓冲距离是曳引驱动电梯的常见维护操作。如果悬挂钢丝绳的长度被过度切割,将导致配重导向行程不足。由于属于监督检验项目,该项目在定期检验中很容易被忽视。通过一个定期检验的案例,介绍了发现对重制导行程不足的思路和检查验证的典型步骤。通过分析问题产生的原因,提出了改变相关空间尺寸前后的维护和检查建议,如电梯裁剪悬挂钢丝绳、加装电梯空调等。Cutting and hanging steel wire ropes to adjust the buffering distance of counterweights is a common maintenance operation for traction driven elevators.However,if the length of the suspension steel wire rope is excessively cut,it will result in insufficient guide stroke of the counterweight.Due to being a supervisory inspection item,this item is easily overlooked in regular inspections.Through a regular inspection case,the idea of discovering insufficient counterweight guidance travel and typical steps for inspection and verification were introduced.By analyzing the causes of the problem,suggestions for maintenance and inspection before and after changing the relevant space dimensions were proposed,such as cutting and hanging steel wire ropes for elevators and installing elevator air conditioning,etc.
