摘 要:针对砂石基质垂直流人工湿地处理初期雨水时,存在TN和NH_(3)-N去除效率低的问题,构建了砂石、沸石基质的垂直流人工湿地系统,接种驯化后的活性污泥,重点关注微生物强化不同基质的垂直流人工湿地处理模拟初期雨水TN、NH_(3)-N的去除效果,并探究微生物强化人工湿地的微生物群落结构。试验结果表明:采用沸石作为湿地基质的人工湿地脱氮能力强,在接种污泥后,砂石基质的人工湿地对总氮、氨氮的平均去除率分别为63.63%~75.09%、56.49%~72.18%,其平均出水质量浓度为3.76~5.36、2.83~4.57 mg/L。接种污泥后的湿地系统内微生物群落具有较高的多样性和相对丰度。反硝化菌门(Patescibacteria)在湿地系统中具有较高的丰度,有助于提高人工湿地系统的脱氮功能。Aiming at the problems of low removal efficiency of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in vertical flow constru-cted wetland with gravel substrate when treating initial rainwater.A vertical flow constructed wetland system with gravel or zeolites substrates was constructed and inoculated with domesticated activated sludge,focusing on the removal effects of microbial-enhanced vertical flow constructed wetland with different substrates on TN,NH_(3)-N,and to investigate the structure of microbial community in microbial-enhanced constructed wetland.The results showed that the constructed wetland using zeolite as the wetland substrate had strong denitrification ability.After inoculation with sludge,the average removal rates of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in the constructed wetland with sand and gravel substrate were 63.63%-75.09%and 56.49%-72.18%, respectively. The average effluent concentrations were 3.76-5.36 and 2.83-4.57 mg/L. The microbial community in the wetland system after sludge inoculation had high diversity and relative abundance. The Patescibacteria phylum had a high abundance in wetland systems, which helped to improve the denitrification function of constructed wetland systems.
