摘  要:为扩大某台蒸发量1 069 t/h贫煤锅炉的煤种适应范围,采用“钢球磨煤机炉烟干燥乏气/热风复合送粉技术”开展机组制粉系统、送粉系统及燃烧系统等的综合技术改造。运行结果表明:在燃用挥发分10%~50%煤种的工况下机组运行安全稳定,同时可实现不同煤种间灵活切换,机组煤种适应性与燃料灵活性大幅提升。由于高挥发分煤种燃用比例提升,显著提高了锅炉燃烧经济性。技术改造后可产生经济效益超过3 900万元/a,减少CO_(2)排放2万t/a,取得了良好的经济环保效益,可为同类机组燃料灵活性技术改造提供借鉴。In order to expand the range of coal adaptation for a 1069 t/h lean coal boiler,the comprehensive technical transformation of the unit's pulverizing system,pulverizing system and combustion system was carried out by adopting the steel ball mill with flue gas drying and composite power feeding technology.Operational results indicate that the unit operates safely and stably when burning coal with 10%to 50%volatility,at the same time,it enables flexible switching between different coal types.The coal type adaptability and fuel flexibility are greatly improved.The boiler's combustion economy improves significantly due to the increase in the proportion of high volatile coal combustion.The technological transformation generates economic benefits of more than 39 million yuan and reduces CO_(2) emissions by 20000 tons annually.It has achieved good economic and environmental benefits,which can provide a reference for the technological transformation of fuel flexibility in similar units.
