摘　　要：以挤出吹塑成型制品的质量-关键尺寸数学模型为基础,构建吹塑制品的质控算法。该算法可根据吹塑制品质量信息判断制品质量状态,并输出吹塑成型的工艺参数调整意见,从而实现对制品质量的有效控制,并试验验证了该算法的正确性和可行性。Based on the mathematical model of weight-critical size of extrusion blow molded products,a quality control algorithm for blow molded products is constructed.This algorithm can judge the quality status of the products according to the weight information of the blow molded products,and output the adjustment opinions of the process parameters of blow molding,so as to achieve effective control of the quality of the products,and the correctness and feasibility of the test are verified.
