摘 要:不可再生能源危机的日益逼近,生物资源的利用是有效缓解能源问题的措施之一,亚麻纤维是较为理想的生物资源之一,为了最大限度地保留纤维的力学性能,在选择复合材料的种类上,需要复合材料之间的加工条件尽可能接近为佳。因此采用亚麻纤维和丙纶纤维作为原料,制备了亚麻/丙纶纤维复合材料,研究了预压处理温度和时间对复合材料的微观形貌、拉伸性能、弯曲性能及冲击性能的影响,并采用该材料制备了汽车前门地图袋,对比分析了零件的综合性能及成本。结果表明:随着预压前处理温度升高,亚麻/丙纶纤维复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均呈先升高后降低再升高的趋势,弯曲模量随温度的升高呈先增加后减小的趋势,前处理温度为200℃时,综合性能最优。随着预压时间的增加,亚麻/丙纶纤维复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均呈现先增加后减小的趋势变化,弯曲模量先轻微减小后增加再减小,拐点均出现在时间为7 min时,其拉伸强度为38.6 MPa,弯曲强度为51.6 MPa,弯曲模量为3845 MPa,缺口冲击强度变化不明显。与传统的PP-TD20材料注塑成型的同型号零件相比,由亚麻/丙纶纤维复合材料模压成型工艺制备的零件,刚性更好,质量更轻,单件质量减轻20.98%,在模具和设备投入方面具有明显的优势,综合投入成本降低63.6%。As the crisis of non-renewable energy is approaching,the utilization of biological resources is one of the effective measures to alleviate the energy problem.Flax fiber is one of the ideal biological resources.In order to preserve the mechanical properties of the fiber to the maximum extent,it is necessary to select the type of composite material with processing conditions as close as possible between the composite materials.Therefore,flax fiber and polypropylene fiber were used as raw materials to prepare flax/polypropylene fiber composite materials.The effects of prepressing treatment temperature and time on the micromorphology,tensile properties,bending properties and impact properties of the composite materials were studied.The map bag for the front door of a car was prepared by using this material.The compre-hensive performance and cost of the parts were compared and analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of preloading temperature,the tensile strength and bending strength of flax/polypropylene fiber composites increased first,then decreased and then increased.The bending modulus increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature.When the preloading temperature was 200℃,the overall performance was the best.With the increase of preload-ing time,the tensile strength and bending strength of flax/polypropylene fiber composite materials both increased first and then decreased,and the bending modulus first decreased slightly,then increased and then decreased.The inflection point appeared when the time was 7 min,and the tensile strength was 38.6 MPa and the bending strength was 51.6 MPa.The bending modulus is 3845 MPa,and the notch impact strength does not change significantly.Compared with the same type of parts of the traditional PP-TD20 material injection molding,the parts prepared by the flax/polypropylene fiber composite molding process had better rigidity,light weight,and a weight reduction of 20.98%per piece,which had obvious advantages in terms of mold and equipment investment,
