摘  要:为了提高团队在协同创新设计过程中的集体创造力,提出一种基于对象过程方法论(OPM)的协同创新设计过程模型。利用OPM模型和OPCloud在线建模平台作为团队沟通交流的基础,结合OPM模型和集成功能模型(IFM),协同团队成员对导致表面问题的根原因进行全面分析。结合强势思维一般理论(OTSM)中的ENV模型和可拓学的共存度函数完成对冲突问题的管理和验证,采用TRIZ问题求解工具分析并解决问题,获得初步创新方案。针对初步方案可能存在衍生问题的情况,构建半效解衍生问题网,通过方案组合和迭代求解的方式获得综合方案。最后,以聚乙烯(PE)热熔焊机为例,验证了该模型的有效性。To improve the collective creativity of the team in collaborative innovation design process,a collaborative innovation design process model based on Object-Process Methodology(OPM)was proposed.Using the OPM model and the OPCloud online modeling platform as the basis for team communication and exchange,the OPM model and the Integrated Functional Model(IFM)were combined to collaborate with the team members to comprehensively analyze the root causes leading to surface problems.Combining the ENV model in the General Theory of Powerful Thinking(OTSM)and the coexistence function of topology,the management and validation of conflicting problems was completed,and was the problems was analyzed and solved by using the TRIZ solving tool,which obtained the preliminary innovative solutions.In view of the possible existence of derivative problems in the preliminary solution,a semi-effective solution-derivative problem network was constructed,and a comprehensive solution was obtained by combining solutions and iterative solving.Finally,the effectiveness of the model was verified by taking the Polyethylene(PE)hot melt welding machine as an example.
