摘　　要：丁酸是短链脂肪酸的一种,是肠道上皮细胞中的重要营养物质。除了对肠道健康有重要作用外,其在抗肿瘤、治疗神经炎和糖尿病等方面都有应用价值。同时基于养殖业绿色发展的需求,其抗炎作用可以避免抗菌药物的滥用,作为绿色、无污染、无残留的新型饲料保障畜牧业的持续健康发展。本文主要从肠道丁酸生成,对人和动物肠道菌群平衡、消化能力,以及对炎症的影响等方面进行总结,并且阐述其在人类健康以及动物生产方面的应用。Butyric acid is a type of short chain fatty acid and an important nutrient in intestinal epithelial cells.In addition to its important role in intestinal health,it has application value in anti-tumor,treatment of neuritis and diabetes.At the same time,based on the demand for green development in the livestock industry,its anti-inflammatory effect can avoid the abuse of antimicrobial agents.As a green,pollution-free,and residue-free new feed,butyric acid ensures the sustainable and healthy development of the livestock industry.This article mainly summarizes the production of butyric acid in the intestine,its effects on the balance of gut microbiota,digestion ability,and inflammation in humans and animals,elaborates its application in human health and animal production.
