摘 要:作为超级电容的电极材料,镍掺杂的五氧化二钒/石墨烯(Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/石墨烯)复合材料。采用简单可控的水热反应将石墨烯与镍掺杂的五氧化二钒复合,制备了Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/石墨烯复合材料作为超级电容器的正极材料,对Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/石墨烯的形貌结构和电学性能进行了分析。扫描电镜结果显示Ni-V_(2)O_(5)粒子均匀地分布在有褶皱的石墨烯上。电学性能分析表明,在电流密度为2 A/g时,Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/石墨烯复合材料的比电容量为682 F/g,优于单金属复合材料V_(2)O_(5)/石墨烯的比电容量564 F/g。Ni-doped vanadium pentoxide/graphene(Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/graphene)composites have great potential as electrode material for supercapacitors.Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/graphene composites were prepared as a positive electrode material for supercapacitors by simple and controllable hydrothermal reaction with graphene and nickel-doped vanadium pentoxide.The morphology,structure and electrochemical performance of Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/graphene were analyzed.The SEM results show that Ni-V_(2)O_(5) particles are uniformly distributed on the crumpled graphene.The electrochemical performance analysis shows that the specific capacitance of Ni-V_(2)O_(5)/graphene composite is 682 F/g when the current density is 2 A/g,which is better than the specific capacitance of single metal composite V_(2)O_(5)/graphene is 564 F/g.
