摘　　要：综述了国外聚氯乙烯的历史、产销数据,国内聚氯乙烯塑料现状,国内建筑能耗现状及要求,塑料建材对双碳的贡献以及塑料建材的前景展望。This paper reviews the history,production and sales data of foreign poly(vinyl chloride),the current situation of domestic poly(vinyl chloride)plastics,the current situation and requirements of domestic building energy consump-tion,the contribution of plastic building materials to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and the prospect of plastic building materials.
