摘　　要：档案数智化服务是数智时代兴起的一种新型档案信息服务形态,兼具数字化和智能化的双重特性,是档案事业创新发展的趋势。生成式人工智能为档案数智化服务探索带来了新机遇。文章首先调查并分析了档案数智化服务的现状;其次,从法律政策、标准指南、技术需求、风险防控四个角度分析了生成式人工智能应用于档案数智化服务的可行性;最后,构建档案数据的高效整理与检索、档案利用的流程优化与重塑、档案内容的深度挖掘与分析、档案服务的空间延伸与开放四个服务应用场景。Archival digital intelligent service is a new form of archival information service emerging in the era of digital intelligence.It possesses both digitization and intelligence features,and is the trend of the innovative development of archival undertakings.Generative artificial intelligence(GAI)brings fresh opportunities for the exploration of archival digital intelligent service.This paper firstly investigates and analyzes the present situation of applying GAI to archival digital intelligent service.Secondly,the feasibility of applying GAI in the archival digital intelligent service is analyzed through four perspectives:legal policies,standards and guidelines,technical requirements,and risk prevention and control.Finally,four service application scenarios are developed:efficient collation and retrieval of archival data,process optimization and remodeling of archival utilization,deep mining and analysis of archival content,and space extension and openness of archival service.
