摘  要:西藏现代高等教育经过半个世纪的演进,为推动西藏经济社会发展做出了显著贡献。然而,随着高校毕业生数量的逐年攀升、劳动力市场的深刻变革以及人工智能等新兴技术的迅速发展,西藏高校毕业生面临着严峻的就业挑战。鉴于此,西藏高等教育亟需重新审视其定位和教育模式,结合当前就业形势和高等教育未来发展趋势,分析现存问题,深化教育改革,将就业能力教育全面融入教学过程。通过这种方式,全面提升学生的综合素质,稳步增强其就业创业能力,最终实现可持续就业和长期职业发展。Over the course of more than five decades,modern higher education in Tibet has undergone substantial expansion and qualitative enhancement,demonstrating significant progress in both its institutional scope and academic rigor.However,with the annual increase in the number of college graduates,profound changes in the labor market,and the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,Tibetan college graduates face severe employment challenges.In light of this,Tibetan higher education urgently needs to re-examine its positioning and educational model.Combining the current employment situation and certain trends in higher education development,it is necessary to analyze existing problems,deepen educational reform,and fully integrate employability education into the teaching process.Through this approach,the goal is to comprehensively enhance students overall qualities,steadily strengthen their employment and entrepreneurial abilities,and ultimately achieve sustainable employment and long-term career development.
