摘  要:广东珠海西部地区软土分布广泛,软基处理不当,会导致市政道路及建筑小区工后沉降严重,影响其正常使用,因此,合理经济的软基处理方案显得尤为重要。以珠海市斗门区地块A为例,根据现状地形、地貌、地质条件,对建设场地内深厚软土进行方案研究,提出采用经济高效的无砂直连式真空预压处理深厚软土地基的工艺,介绍无砂直连式真空预压工艺及实施效果,现场软土预压处理后,场地内的工后沉降、固结度关键技术指标均可满足设计要求,供同类项目参考。The soft soil is widely distributed in the western area of Zhuhai,Guangdong Province.Due to the improper treatment of soft foundation,some municipal roads and construction areas are seriously settled after construction,which affects the normal use.Therefore,a reasonable and economic soft foundation treatment scheme is particularly important.Taking Plot A of Doumen District,Zhuhai City as an example,according to the current topography,landform and geological conditions,the scheme study on the deep soft soil in the construction site is carried out.An economical and efficient sand free direct connected vacuum preloading treatment process is proposed for deep soft soil foundation,and its technology and implementation effects are introduced.After the soft soil preloading treatment of the site,the key technical indicators of post-construction settlement and consolidation degree in the site can meet the design requirements,which can be referred for the similar projects.
