摘  要:钢桥面沥青铺装层车辙病害问题日益凸显,已不容忽视。综合近年来钢桥面沥青铺装车辙的研究现状与发展趋势,针对钢桥面沥青铺装层车辙类型与形成机理、车辙预估研究及车辙主要影响因素进行了详细剖析与总结,结果表明:较之于沥青路面,钢桥面沥青铺装层车辙主要为材料抗剪切能力不足引起的流动性车辙,不同铺装材料的车辙形成机理不同;在车辙预估研究方面,以Bailey-Norton与修正Burgers蠕变模型表征高温下铺装材料非线性行为的有限单元法已取得了一定的成果,但仍有诸多需改进之处;国内已形成了以“上层环氧+下层浇注”和“上层SMA+下层浇注”为主流的优良抗车辙性能铺装结构,影响铺装层车辙发展的最主要因素有铺装材料性能、铺装层结构、温度、车辆荷载及施工质量,因此优化铺装材料与结构设计、严控重超载车辆及改善施工工艺质量应为今后延缓铺装层车辙发展的重要措施。研究结果可为钢桥面铺装层的抗车辙设计与后期维养工作提供参考依据。The problem of rutting on the asphalt pavement of steel bridge deck is becoming increasingly prominent and cannot be ignored.Based on the research status and development trend of rutting on asphalt pavement of steel bridge deck in recent years,a detailed analysis and summary of the rut types and formation mechanism,rut prediction research and main influencing factors of rut on steel bridge deck asphalt pavement are carried out.The result shows that compared with the asphalt pavement,the rutting of the asphalt pavement layer of steel bridge deck is mainly fluid rut caused by insufficient shear resistance of the material,and the rut formation mechanism of different pavement materials is different.In the research of rut prediction,the finite element method using Bailey-Norton and modified Burgers creep model to characterize the nonlinear behavior of pavement materials at high temperature has achieved certain results,but there are many improvements.The excellent rutting resistance pavement structures with"upper epoxy+lower pouring"and"upper SMA+lower pouring"as the mainstream have been formed in China.The most important factors affecting the development of rutting on the pavement layer are the properties of the pavement material,the structure of the pavement layer,the temperature,the vehicle load and the construction quality.Therefore,optimizing the design of paving materials and structures,strictly controlling the heavy overloaded vehicles,and improving the quality of construction processes should be important measures to delay the development of rutting on the paving layer in the future.The research results can provide the reference for anti-rutting design and post maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement.
