摘 要:高强度冷铺混合料对环境友好且不受气温限制,同时也可避免因温度散失而导致的压实度不足等热拌混合料无法避免的缺陷问题,但为了达到热拌沥青路面的效果,路面的结构设计需要专门基于高强度冷拌沥青混合料的力学性能进行分析和研究。研究首先进行高强冷拌沥青混合料的结构设计,以常规改性AC-13作为对比,选取了两种路面结构设计方案,并分别进行路面力学分析。研究结果显示:高强度冷铺沥青混合料适用级配为DE-10,其中不含水的最佳沥青用量为5.7%,乳化沥青用量为9.5%;高强度冷铺沥青混合料不仅具有一定的柔性,还具有很高的刚度和强度;当选用高强度冷铺沥青作为上面层后,在标准荷载作用下各指标相对常规路面都得到了优化,路面总体厚度相比常规方案降低了的同时,性能获得了提升;高强度冷铺沥青结构能够抵抗更高的荷载。High-strength cold paved mixtures are environmentally friendly and not limited by temperature,while also avoiding the defects such as insufficient compaction caused by temperature loss that cannot be avoided by hot mixed mixtures.However,in order to achieve the effect of hot mixed asphalt pavement,the structural design of the pavement needs to be analyzed and studied specifically based on the mechanical properties of high strength cold mixed asphalt mixtures.Firstly,the structural design of high-strength cold mixed asphalt mixture is carried out.Compared with the conventional modified AC-13,two pavement structural design schemes are selected and analyzed for pavement mechanics.The research results show that the suitable gradation for high-strength cold paved asphalt mixture is DE-10,in which the optimal asphalt content without water is 5.7%,and the emulsified asphalt content is 9.5%.The high-strength cold mixed asphalt mixture not only exhibits a certain degree of flexibility,but also exhibits the high stiffness and strength.When the high-strength cold paved asphalt is selected as the upper layer,all indicators have been optimized compared to the conventional pavement under the standard load.The overall thickness of the pavement has been reduced compared to the conventional schemes,while the performance has been increased.The high-strength cold paved asphalt structures have good resistance to higher loads.
