摘 要:管幕法常用于对沉降要求严格的下穿高速公路隧道工程中。由于管幕施工会引起地层损失进而引起地表沉降,因此长距离管幕施工流程和精度控制成为了下穿高速公路的砂层连拱隧道工程关键技术。以某下穿高速公路连拱隧道工程为背景,详细阐述了长距离管幕法设计总体方案、管幕施工工艺、顶进施工、精度控制和纠偏方法等,并针对管幕法连拱隧道施工匝道沉降变形进行了数值模拟计算。计算结果表明,长距离管幕法可有效控制高速公路路基沉降变形,为隧道施工、运营安全及既有道路的正常运行提供保障。The pipe curtain method is commonly used in tunnel engineering that requires strict control of settlement when undercrossing expressway.Since the pipe curtain construction will cause the ground loss and subsequent surface settlement,the construction process and precision control of long-distance pipe curtain have become the key technologies in the construction of sand-layered multi-arch tunnels undercrossing expressway.Taking a multi-arch tunnel project undercrossing expressway as the background,the overall design scheme of the long-distance pipe curtain method,the construction technology of the pipe curtain,the jacking construction,the precision control and the correction methods are set forth in detail.The numerical simulation calculations are performed to analyze the settlement and deformation of the ramp during the construction of the multi-arch tunnel using the pipe curtain method.The results indicate that the long-distance pipe curtain method can effectively control the settlement and deformation of the expressway subgrade,and can provide the guarantee for tunnel construction,operational safety,and the normal operation of existing roads.
