基于HSMA图像分析烟丝速度对烟丝流态的影响

摘　　要：利用高速摄像机连续拍摄烟丝群图片,根据相同烟丝群的像素位移除以图像时间间隔得到烟丝群实际速度,将烟丝实际速度与烟丝测速装置所显示的速度对比,测量误差<6%,布置实验测出不同速度下烟丝的各项数据,利用高速摄像机所拍图片,分析不同风速下管道内的烟丝流态。图片显示烟丝速度为8~10 m/s时,烟丝群以沉降流形式运输,烟丝群与管壁摩擦剧烈,实验数据显示整丝率较低;10~12 m/s,烟丝群以临界悬浮状态运输,摩擦情况有所改善,对比实验数据也是如此;12~14 m/s时,图片显示烟丝从沉降流输送转变为悬浮输送,整丝率因此提高;14~16 m/s,烟丝速度较高,烟丝几乎呈悬浮流运动,烟丝受力增加,烟丝与管壁和烟丝与烟丝碰撞幅度增大。利用高速摄像机与实验数据分析了烟丝风送系统烟丝速度对烟丝结构的影响,为卷烟厂生产加工提供精确的指导,为风力送丝的烟丝速度设定提供参考。A high-speed camera is used to continuously take pictures of tobacco clusters.The actual speed of the tobacco cluster is obtained based on the pixel displacement of the same tobacco cluster divided by the image time interval.This speed is then compared with the readings from the tobacco speed measuring device,showing a measurement error of less than 6%:Experiments are arranged to measure various data of tobacco at different speeds.The pictures taken by the high-speed camera are used to analyze the flow pattern of tobacco in the pipeline at different wind speeds.The picture shows that when the cut tobacco speed is 8-10 m/s,the cut tobacco mass is transported in the form of settling flow,and the friction between the cut tobacco mass and the pipe wall is severe,and the experimental data shows that the whole filament rate is low;at 10-12 m/s,the cut tobacco mass is transported in critical suspension,and the friction is improved,as is the comparison with experimental data;at 12-14 m/s,the picture shows that the cut tobacco changes from settling flow transportation to suspension transportation,and the whole filament rate increases;14-16 m/s,the speed of the tobacco is relatively high,the tobacco moves almost in a suspended flow,the force on the tobacco increases,and the collision between the tobacco and the pipe wall and between the tobacco and the tobacco increases.The high-speed camera and experimental data were used to analyze the influence of the tobacco speed of the tobacco air conveying system on the tobacco structure,which provided accurate guidance for the production and processing of cigarette factories and provided a reference for setting the tobacco speed of wind conveying.
