摘 要:以矩形微通道散热器作为研究对象,应用数值模拟技术研究了三种微肋分布方式(平行分布、平行-侧壁分布和交错分布)对矩形微通道散热器换热性能的影响。当入口速度为0.2 m/s时,模拟结果表明:采用交错分布的通道中流体漩涡强度最大;三种通道进出口压差值依次为ΔP_(1)=47.81 Pa、ΔP_(2)=60.11 Pa、ΔP_(3)=57.50 Pa,由于增加侧壁微肋采用平行-侧壁分布的通道,流体流动阻力增大,进出口压差最大,由于微肋的作用采用交错分布的中间区域流体其流动阻力增大,通道压差大于平行分布的通道压差;采用交错分布的微通道恒热流底面的平均温度为306.97 K,沿底面向上的固体区域温度逐渐降低,顶面的温度平均温度为296.37 K,通道中相同位置微肋的温度均低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ型,说明微肋交错分布对矩形微通道散热器换热性能影响最大。Taking the rectangular microchannel heat sink as the research object,the effects of three microrib distribution modes(parallel distribution,parallel-sidewall distribution and staggered distribution)on the heat transfer performance of the rectangular microchannel heat sink were studied by numerical simulation technology.The simulation results show that when the inlet velocity is 0.2 m/s,the vortex strength in the cross-distributed channel is the highest.The pressure difference at the entrance and exit of the three channels isΔP_(1)=47.81 Pa,ΔP_(2)=60.11 Pa,ΔP_(3)=57.50 Pa,and the channel with parallel side-wall distribution increases the fluid flow resistance due to the addition of micro-ribs on the side wall,and the pressure difference at the entrance and exit is the largest.The flow resistance of the interlaced fluid increases due to the action of microfins,and the channel pressure difference is larger than that of parallel distribution.The average temperature of the bottom surface of the microchannel with staggered distribution of constant heat flow is 306.97 K,the temperature of the solid area up the bottom surface gradually decreases,and the average temperature of the top surface is 296.37 K.The temperature of the microribs at the same position in the channel is lower than that of typeⅠand typeⅡ,which indicates that the staggered distribution of microribs has the greatest influence on the heat transfer performance of the rectangular microchannel heat sink.
