三峡库区乡村发展主体获得感现状及提升路径——基于重庆巫溪长红村的个案

摘　　要：让人民有较多的获得感、幸福感是党和国家新时期治国理政的伟大方略。近年来,在乡村振兴战略推动下,三峡库区经济社会取得较快发展,人民生活发生了重大变化。他们的获得感如何?文章选取库区的重庆巫溪县长红村为研究对象,通过获得感问卷调查和会见座谈形式获取第一手资料,分析该村三类主体获得感的差异性,探寻导致这种差异的内外因素,并提出提升不同主体获得感的实施路径:增强个体发展能力,激发获得感提升的内生动能;壮大集体经济实力,夯实获得感提升的经济基础;优化乡村治理模式,确立获得感提升的组织体制机制;持续推进落实乡村振兴各项政策,营造获得感提升的宽松环境。To let the people have more sense of gain and happiness is a great strategy for the Party and the country to govern in the new era.In recent years,under the impetus of the rural revitalization strategy,the economy and society of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area have achieved rapid development,and people’s lives have undergone major changes.But what is their sense of gain?Selecting Changhong Village in Wuxi County of Chongqing City as the research object,the first-hand information was obtained through questionnaires and meetings.An analysis was made on the differences in the sense of gain of the three groups in the village,exploring the internal and external factors that lead to this difference,the implementation path was put forward to enhance the sense of gain of different subjects:enhancing individual development ability,and stimulating the inner vividness of the sense of gain;strengthening the collective economic strength and consolidating the economic foundation for the improvement of the sense of gain;optimizing the rural governance model and establishing an organizational system mechanism for improving the sense of gain;constantly promoting the implementation of various policies for rural revitalization,and creating a relaxed environment for the improvement of the sense of gain.
