数字乡村建设中非遗文化助力农村产业发展路径研究——以阜南县H镇柳编为例

摘　　要：在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的大背景下,数字经济在各个产业当中广泛渗透、深度融合,已然成为推动乡村振兴、重塑乡村经济结构的重要力量,同时其依托的数字技术也为柳编产业的转型升级和创新发展给予了有力支撑。以阜南县H镇非遗产业柳编为着眼点,研究发现非遗文化在助力乡村产业发展时存有如下短板:柳编传承面临困境、企业运行受到限制以及政策与环境的约束。为切实弥补现存短板,应当充分借助数字技术的优势,多措并施加强柳编文化传承;激发企业运行活力,提高企业创新能力;筑牢政策支持基础,优化发展环境,从而推动非遗文化有效助力农村产业发展。Under the backdrop of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital economy has widely permeated and deeply integrated among various industries,becoming an important force to promote rural revitalization and reshape the rural economic structure.At the same time,the digital technology it relies on has also provided strong support for the transformation,upgrading and innovative development of the willow weaving industry.Taking the intangible cultural heritage industry of willow weaving in H Town of Funan County as the focus,it is found that there are the following shortcomings when the intangible cultural heritage culture assists in the development of rural industries:the predicament faced by the inheritance of willow weaving,the restrictions on the operation of enterprises,and the constraints of policies and the environment.To effectively make up for the existing shortcomings,it is necessary to fully leverage the advantages of digital technology,adopt multiple measures to strengthen the inheritance of willow weaving culture;stimulate the vitality of enterprise operation and enhance the innovation ability of enterprises;consolidate the foundation of policy support,optimize the development environment,and thereby promote the effective assistance of intangible cultural heritage culture to the development of rural industries.
