摘　　要：长安丝厂是1952年成立的浙江省规模最大的缫丝工厂--浙江制丝一厂的前身之一。中华人民共和国成立初期,浙江省人民政府帮助作为官僚资本企业的长安丝厂复工,随后对该厂进行接管,并改造该厂的管理制度,推进技术革新,激发工人的生产积极性。中国共产党和人民政府对长安丝厂的接管和改造,最大限度地维护了工厂秩序的稳定,保障了工人的生活,促进了缫丝业的发展,壮大了浙江地方国营经济。Chang an Silk Factory is one of the predecessors of Zhejiang No.1 Silk Making Factory,the largest silk reeling factory in Zhejiang province that was established in 1952.In the early days of the People s Republic of China,the government of Zhejiang Province helped Chang an Silk Factory,which served as a bureaucratic capital at that time,to resume operation,then took over the factory,reformed its management system,promoted its technological innovation and greatly boosted workers motivation in production.The takeover and transformation of Chang an Silk Factory by the Communist Party of China maintained the stability of the factory order to the greatest extent,guaranteed the life of the workers,promoted the development of silk reeling industry,and strengthened the local state-owned economy of Zhejiang province.
