摘  要:大体积混凝土在冬季浇筑与养护中容易产生由于温度差异导致的冻融与开裂等问题,如何在不破坏混凝土结构稳定性和安全性的基础上实现混凝土温度的准确、实时、高效监测一直是水利施工领域关注的热点。文章以北京市南苑森林湿地分洪闸E的混凝土施工温度监测为例,从无线测温技术的原理、施工流程及监测效果等方面进行分析,总结了大体积混凝土温度监测中的难点、解决措施以及无线测温技术的应用效果。研究结果可为无线测温技术在水电工程的施工应用提供设计经验与案例参考。Pouring and curing large volumes of concrete in winter can lead to issues such as freezing,thawing,and cracking due to temperature differentials.Achieving accurate,real-time,and efficient monitoring of concrete temperature without compromising the stability and safety of the concrete structure has long been a focal point in water conservancy construction.The paper,taking the concrete construction temperature monitoring of Diversion Gate E in the Nanyuan Forest Wetland of Beijing as an example,analyzes various aspects such as the principles of wireless temperature measurement technology,construction processes,and monitoring effectiveness.It summarizes the challenges,solutions,and application effects of temperature monitoring in large-volume concrete construction.The research findings can provide design experience and case references for the application of wireless temperature measurement technology in hydroelectric engineering construction.
