摘 要:为解决传统防汛抢险方法难以快速获取关键信息和资源分配不当的问题,本文开发了一个基于人工智能的防汛抢险指挥平台。通过利用AI技术,学习历年来洪涝灾害的类型和防汛流程,并借助5G通信技术以及北斗卫星系统,实现了低延时数据传输和高精度定位,以便及时、准确地获取灾情目标信息和智能决策。该平台能为抢险队伍在抢险行动中实现快速响应、迅速判断和高效决策。To solve the problem of traditional flood prevention and rescue methods being difficult to quickly obtain key information and allocate resources improperly,this paper develops an artificial intelligence based flood prevention and rescue command platform.By utilizing AI technology to learn the types of flood disasters and flood prevention processes over the years,and utilizing 5G communication technology and the Beidou satellite system,low latency data transmission and high-precision positioning have been achieved to timely and accurately obtain disaster target information and intelligent decision-making.This platform can enable rescue teams to achieve rapid response,quick judgment,and efficient decision-making during rescue operations.
