摘　　要：ChatGPT作为一种自然语言处理模型,能够根据用户需要生成拟人化的文本内容,在新媒体领域展示出了广泛的应用前景。然而,在公众使用的过程中,ChatGPT也被发现存在虚假信息、偏见和歧视等问题。从胡鑫宇失踪案的舆情传播情况来看,该案自发生以来,热度持续增加,谣言甚嚣尘上。一旦用户借助ChatGPT制作并散播真假参半的信息,会给案件带来间断爆发式的误导性舆情问题。因此,亟待构建舆情管控、舆情反制和法律约束多管齐下的整体治理框架,助力网络舆情领域的良性发展。ChatGPT,as a natural language processing model,can generate anthropomorphic text content according to users'needs,and has been widely applied in the field of new media.However,in the process of public use,ChatGPT has also been found to have such issues as false information,bias,and discrimination.From the public opinion dissemination of the case of Hu Xinyu's disappearance,it can be seen that since its occurrence,the popularity of the case has continued to increase,and rumors have been rampant.Once users employ ChatGPT to create and disseminate mixed information,it will bring intermittent and explosive misleading public opinion issues to the case.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a comprehensive governance framework that integrates public opinion control,public opinion countermeasures,and legal constraints,in order to promote the healthy development of the field of online public opinion.
