摘 要:随着科技的不断创新和高速发展,高端设备对动密封件的技术要求越来越严苛,如大间隙、大尺寸、高线速度动密封技术已成为应用研究的热点。本文根据土工离心机真空动密封的要求,采用热分解法制备了单分散Fe3O4纳米颗粒,通过高速乳化分散技术将Fe3O4纳米颗粒均匀分散到载液中,获得了高稳定磁性流体。再通过XRD、TEM和振动样品磁强计对Fe3O4纳米颗粒的形貌、尺寸和磁性进行表征,考察了磁性流体的饱和磁化强度对磁路和密封能力的影响。经数据分析发现,磁性流体的磁饱和强度是大间隙密封的关键性因素。With the continuous innovation and application of science and technology,the technical requirements of high-end equipment for dynamic seals are becoming more and more demanding,such as large gap,large size,and high line speed dynamic seal technology has become a hot spot of application research.In this paper,according to the requirements of geocentrifuge vacuum dynamic seal,the monodisperse Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by thermal decomposition method,and the Fe3O4 nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed into the carrier fluid by high-speed emulsion dispersion technology,and the highly stable magnetic fluid was obtained.The morphology,size and magnetism of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized by XRD,TEM and vibrating sample magnetometer.The influence of saturation magnetization of magnetic fluid on magnetic circuit and sealing ability was analyzed.After analyzing the test data,it is found that the magnetic saturation strength of the magnetic fluid is the key factor of the large gap seal.
