摘  要:本文采用甲基丙烯酸丁酯、马来酸酐、苯乙烯以及自合成单体SDAB以4∶3∶2∶1的摩尔比,通过自由基聚合制备出同时具备稠油降凝降黏功能的多功能助剂PMAB-4,可有效降低稠油表观黏度、凝点、析蜡点,进而提高稠油的流动性。实验结果表明,在单体浓度为30%、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为7h以及引发剂浓度为2.0%的条件下,聚合形成的PMAB-4的降凝降黏效果最佳;最优综合加量为800×10^(-6);稠油降凝幅度达5.91℃,表观降黏率达48.3%,析蜡点下降5.8℃;PMAB-4分子结构抗温性达255℃。This article uses butyl methacrylate,maleic anhydride,styrene,and self synthesized monomer SDAB in a molar ratio of 4∶3∶2∶1 to prepare a multifunctional additive PMAB-4 with both pour point and viscosity reduction functions for heavy oil through free radical polymerization.It can effectively reduce the apparent viscosity,pour point,and wax precipitation point of heavy oil,thereby improving its fluidity.The experimental results show that under the conditions of monomer concentration of 30%,reaction temperature of 65℃,reaction time of 7 hours,and initiator concentration of 2.0%,the PMAB-4 formed by polymerization has the best pour point and viscosity reduction effect;The optimal comprehensive dosage is 800×10^(-6);It can reduce the pour point of heavy oil by 5.91℃,the apparent viscosity reduction rate by 48.3%,and the wax precipitation point by 5.8℃;The molecular structure of PMAB-4 has a temperature resistance of 255℃.
