摘 要:目的以大米、小麦、玉米、花生、红薯、大豆等6种农产品作为研究对象,采用原子荧光光谱法测定农产品中痕量硒,对消解条件进行选择、优化,建立一种简易可行的新方法。方法农产品加入6mL HNO_(3)-HClO_(4)(3+2)预热至60℃,超声波辅助热消解8min后,在K_(3)[Fe(CN)_(6)]-HCl体系中,选用最佳测试条件,采用标准曲线法进行定量分析。结果方法线性范围为0~20μg·L^(-1),相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.13μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差为5.7%,回收率为96.5%~103.5%。结论该方法操作简单、快速省时、准确性好、灵敏度高,可广泛应用到农产品中痕量硒的测定。OBJECTIVE Taking six agricultural products,including rice,wheat,corn,peanuts,sweet potatoes,and soybeans,as the research objects,a simple and feasible new method was established for the determination of trace selenium in agricultural products by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,with the selection and optimization of digestion conditions.METHODS Agricultural products were digested with 6mL nitric acid-perchloric acid(3+2),preheated to 60℃,and digested with ultrasound for 8 minutes.In the potassium ferrocyanide hydrochloric acid system,the optimal testing conditions were selected and the standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis.RESULTS The linear range of the method was 0~20μg·L^(-1),with a correlation of 0.9996.The detection limit was 0.13μg·L^(-1),with relative standard deviation of 5.7%,and recovery rate of 96.5%~103.5%.CONCLUSION This method was simple,fast,time-saving,accurate,and highly sensitive,and can be widely applied to the determination of trace selenium in agricultural products.
