摘 要:本文采用微波消解预处理样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定冶金行业废水中Cu、Pb、Cr、Mn、Ni、No、Co和Zn的方法,并对分析谱线、射频功率等仪器参数进行优化。8种重金属在0.10~40.0mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好,工作曲线相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.003~0.014mg·L^(-1),加标回收率在90.7%~108.0%之间,6次测试结果的相对标准偏差为1.32%~3.33%。本方法具有分析速度快、线性关系好、检出限低、测试结果准确等优点。An inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry method for the determination of Cu,Pb,Cr,Mn,Ni,Mo,Co and Zn in wastewater from metallurgical industry was established by microwave digestion.The parameters of spectral line and RF power were optimized.The linearity of the 8 heavy metals was good in the concentration range of 0.10~40.0mg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients of the working curves were all greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.003~0.014mg·L^(-1),and the recoveries were 90.7%~108.0%.The relative standard deviation of the six test results is 1.32%~3.33%.This method has the advantages of fast analysis speed,good linear relationship,low detection limit and accurate test results.
