广州主城区商业街区形态对街区活力的影响研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会进入高质量发展阶段,街区活力逐渐成为衡量城市发展水平的重要指标之一。为研究商业街区形态各构成要素对街区活力的影响作用,文章选取广州主城区具有典型性和差异性的6个商业街区作为研究区域,基于百度热力图、POI数据、海量街景图像等多源大数据,采用多元线性回归分析方法,从平面、立体和感知三个维度对街区活力及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明,商业街区形态各构成要素对街区活力的影响程度不同,其中步行空间占比、街道设施丰富度、界面通透性对街区活力影响最大,其余依次是建筑入口密度、绿化覆盖率、路网密度、容积率等,而第五立面利用率对街区活力影响不显著。同时,不同影响因素共同作用时对商业街区活力的影响更为显著。As China’s economy and society enter a stage of high-quality development,the vitality of neighborhoods has gradually become one of the important indicators to measure the level of urban development.To study the impact of various elements of commercial block morphology on block vitality,six typical and differentiated commercial blocks in the main urban area of Guangzhou were selected as the research objects.Based on multi-source big data,such as Baidu heatmap,POI data,and massive street views,multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between block vitality and its influencing factors from three dimensions of planar,three-dimensional,and perceptual.The results indicate that there are different effects between the various elements of commercial block form and the vitality of the block.Among them,the proportion of pedestrian space,the richness of street facilities,and interface permeability have the greatest impact on the vitality of the block,followed by the building entrance density,greening rate,road network density,and plot ratio,etc.,according.The utilization rate of the fifth facade has no significant impact on the vitality of the block.Meanwhile,when different influencing factors work together,the impact on the vitality of commercial districts is more significant.
