基于城市触媒理论的旧工业区活力激活设计策略——以沈阳市大东区204区为例

摘  要:随着城市化进程的推进,传统的工业城市必然面临产业转型,对于城市内的工业区采取“博物馆式”的封存,或是粗暴的“推倒重建”都是不可取的。因此考虑结合城市触媒理论,利用这种渐进式、分层次的更新策略,探索以旧工业区为核心的城市活化再生策略。文章以沈阳市大东区204区为例,通过工业城市空间的微更新,唤醒城市的内在活力,并在后期通过政策引导,联动周围街区,从而激活更大区域活力的“触媒式”辐射并提出展望。With the advancement of urbanization,traditional industrial cities are bound to face industrial transformation,and it is undesirable to adopt"museum-like"preservation or brutal"deduction and reconstruction"for industrial spaces in this city.Therefore,we consider using this gradual and hierarchical regeneration strategy with the urban catalyst theory to explore the urban revitalization and regeneration strategy of the old industrial area.Taking District 204 in Dadong District of Shenyang as an example,we propose to awaken the inner vitality of the city through the micro-renewal of industrial urban space,and propose a prospect for the later"catalytic"radiation that can activate the vitality of a larger area by linking the surrounding neighborhoods through policy guidance.
