德国鲁尔区“工业文化之路”对我国工业城市旅游规划的启示

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国产业结构的优化升级导致城区内出现了大量的废弃工业用地。经过不断地实践探索,对于这些废弃工业用地的更新与改造已形成了相对成熟的体系。但目前仍然存在更新模式单一、旅游线路结构混乱等问题,这些问题阻碍了工业城市旅游业的发展。德国鲁尔区曾是世界上重要的工业区之一,产业转型后,原有的工业区以崭新的姿态出现在鲁尔区的土地上,从废弃的棕地转变为充满活力的艺术文化休闲区。通过“工业文化之路”的创建,鲁尔区形成了独特的工业旅游网络。文章从主题游线、旅游产品、景区管理等方面分析了鲁尔区工业文化之路的实践途径,总结其成功经验,并在此基础上为我国工业城市的旅游规划提出建议,以期推动我国工业城市旅游业的发展。Since the beginning of the 21st century,the optimization and upgrading of China’s industrial structure have left a large amount of abandoned industrial lands in urban areas.Through continuous practice and exploration,a relatively mature system has been formed for the renewal and transformation of abandoned industrial lands.However,there are still problems,such as a single renewal mode and a chaotic structure of tourism routes,which have hindered the development of tourism in industrial cities.The Ruhr district in Germany was once one of the most important industrial zones in the world.After the industrial transformation,the original industrial zone appeared on the land of the Ruhr district with a new posture,transforming from abandoned brown land to a vibrant artistic and cultural leisure area.Through the creation of the“Industrial Culture Road”,a unique industrial tourism network has been formed in the Ruhr district.This paper analyzes the practical approaches of the industrial culture road in Ruhr District from the perspectives of theme tourism routes, tourism products, and scenic area management, and summarizes its successful experience. On this basis, this paper proposes suggestions for the tourism planning of industrial cities in China, hoping to promote the development of tourism in industrial cities in China.
