摘　　要：文章以厦门高新技术广场改造项目为例,深入分析了基于工业互联网平台的传统园区升级改造策略。首先界定了工业互联网平台的概念和特点,阐述了传统园区升级改造的理论框架,包括智能化改造理论、信息技术转型理论。进一步分析了厦门高新技术广场改造项目,包括项目概况、设计原则、布局规划、建筑设计和景观设计。关键技术与实施过程部分讨论了园区现代化改造所需的关键技术及其应用,以及具体的实施过程。Taking Xiamen Hi-Tech Plaza renovation project as an example,this paper analyzes in-depth the upgrading and transformation strategies for the traditional park based on industrial Internet platform.Firstly,it defines the concept and characteristics of industrial Internet platform,and elaborates on the theoretical framework for the upgrading and transformation of traditional complexes,including the theory of intelligent transformation and the theory of information technology transformation.Then it further analyzes Xiamen Hi-Tech Plaza renovation project in detail,including project overview,design principles,layaut planning,architectural design and landscape design.The section of key technologies and implementation process discusses the key technologies required for the modern transformation of the park and their applications,as well as the specific implementation process.
