摘 要:文章对位于9度区的高层住宅剪力墙结构,采用一种新型装配式连梁阻尼器进行消能减震分析,分别建立了原结构模型、消能减震非线性计算模型,在有限元软件中对其进行抗震数值模拟分析。在多遇地震下,消能减震模型与原结构模型相比,对楼层剪力和层间位移角均能够有效降低;在罕遇地震下,结构层间位移角小于限值1/120。实际工程案例分析结果表明,使用连梁阻尼器后能够有效提高高层住宅剪力墙结构的抗震能力。A new type of assembled connecting beam damper was used for energy dissipation and seismic reduction of shear wall structures in high-rise residential buildings located in the 9 degree zone.The original structural model and nonlinear calculation model of energy dissipation and seismic reduction were established,and their seismic numerical simulation analysis was carried out in finite element software.Under frequent earthquakes,the energy dissipation and seismic reduction model can effectively reduce the floor shear force and inter story displacement angle compared to the original structural model.Under rare earthquakes,the inter story displacement angle of the structure is less than the limit value of 1/120.The analysis results of actual engineering cases in this paper indicate that the use of connecting beam dampers can effectively improve the seismic resistance of shear wall structures in high-rise residential buildings.
