摘 要:针对后浇带独立支撑系统,传统采用独立搭设的钢管脚手架系统。由于规范要求,在后浇带混凝土达到强度以前须保留整跨支撑,因此积压大量钢管、模板等重要的周转材料。对于沉降后浇带,存在积压周期过长的问题。一些工程应用独立支撑系统来解决,但存在为专门工程专门定制的问题,工程适用性较差。故提出一种可调节的工具式独立支撑体系,通过钢管模数化加可调节旋顶装置来调整安装高度,大大提高了工程适用性,使其周转能力得到提升,达到降本增效的目的。For the independent support system of the post pouring strip,the traditional method is to use an independent steel pipe scaffold system.Due to regulatory requirements,the entire span support must be retained until the strength of the post pouring concrete is reached,resulting in a backlog of important turnover materials such as steel pipes and formwork.For the post settlement pouring belt,there is also a problem of long accumulation period.Some engineering projects have applied independent support systems to solve the problem,but there is a problem of customization specifically for specialized projects,resulting in poor engineering applicability.This article proposes an adjustable tool type independent support system,which adjusts the installation height through modular steel pipes and adjustable rotary top devices,greatly improving engineering applicability and improving turnover capacity,achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
