摘　　要：针对现代建筑施工中回顶支撑体系存在的拆卸不便、周转率低及成本高等问题,创新性设计了一种便拆式高周转回顶支撑体系,并深入探讨了其设计思路、结构特点、优势以及在实际工程中的应用效果。通过模块化设计、选用轻质高强材料以及优化连接方式,该体系实现了快速安装、便捷拆卸和高周转率,显著提升了施工效率并降低了成本。同时,该体系还注重环保与可持续性,符合现代建筑施工的发展趋势。在佛山凤桐花园项目一期的工程应用实践中,便拆式高周转回顶支撑体系展现了其在施工进度、质量、安全性和经济效益方面的卓越表现。研究结论表明,该体系不仅能够有效解决传统支撑体系的痛点问题,还具有较高的推广应用价值。Aiming at the problems of inconvenient dismantling,low turnover rate,and high cost in the traditional roof support system used in modern construction,an innovative easily dismantled and high-turnover roof support system is designed.This paper delves into its design concept,structural features,advantages,and practical application effects in real-world projects.By adopting modular design,selecting lightweight and high-strength materials,and optimizing connection methods,the system achieves rapid installation,convenient dismantling,and high turnover,significantly enhancing construction efficiency and reducing costs.Additionally,the system emphasizes environmental protection and sustainability,aligning with the development trends of modern construction.During the engineering application of the first phase of the Fengtong Garden Project in Foshan,the easily dismantled and high-turnover roof support system demonstrated remarkable performance in terms of construction progress,quality,safety,and economic benefits.The research conclusion indicates that this system not only effectively addresses the pain points of traditional support systems but also possesses high potential for promotion and application.
