泥岩隧道仰拱底鼓变形机制试验研究

摘  要:探讨了泥岩隧道发生底鼓破坏时,衬砌及围岩受力变形规律及破坏特征,基于相似理论,通过配制衬砌、回填层及泥岩相似材料,开展以强制位移为加载方式的底鼓模型试验,同时采用数值模拟进行验证,结果如下:在基底围岩膨胀作用下,回填层中心隆起位移最大,两侧次之,即底鼓现象明显;围岩压力大小依次为仰拱、拱脚、边墙、拱腰、拱顶,其次衬砌破坏后各部位围岩压力增长有所减缓;仰拱中心以及拱脚应力最强,因此仰拱中心及拱脚处为易破坏位置;衬砌破坏后裂缝集中在仰拱中心、拱脚和拱顶,仰拱及回填层在中心位置裂缝密集且发育完全;在破坏过程中,仰拱先于回填层出现拉裂破坏;因此在隧道穿越泥岩地层时,衬砌拱脚、仰拱及回填层处应作针对性设计。In order to explore the mudstone tunnel bottom drum damage,lining and surrounding rock force deformation law and damage characteristics,based on similar theory,through the configuration of lining,backfill layer and mudstone similar materials,to carry out the bottom drum model test with forced displacement as the loading mode,while using numerical simulation to verify and supplement each other,the results are as follows:in the base of the surrounding rock expansion,the center of the backfill layer bulge displacement is the largest,followed by both sides,that is,the bottom drum phenomenon is obvious;surrounding rock pressure size in order of the arch,foot,sidewall,arch waist,vault,followed by lining damage in various parts of the surrounding rock pressure growth has slowed down;upward arch center and arch foot stress,followed by the arch waist,vault.That is,the bottom bulge phenomenon is obvious;the size of surrounding rock pressure is in the order of the back arch,arch foot,side wall,arch waist,arch top,followed by the lining damage to slow down the growth of pressure in various parts of the surrounding rock;the center of the back arch and the foot of the arch stress is the strongest,so the center of the back arch and the foot of the arch is easy to destroy the location;the cracks after the damage of the lining are concentrated in the center of the back arch,the foot of the arch and arch top,and the back arch and backfill layer are intensively cracked in the center position and fully developed;in the damage process,the back arch is firstly displaced than the backfill layer.In the damage process,the backfill layer is damaged by pulling cracks before the backfill layer;therefore,when the tunnel passes through the mudstone stratum,the lining foot,backfill layer and backfill layer should be designed in a targeted way.
