摘  要:高铁客运专线运行对接触网支柱的安装精度要求极高,现阶段施工中常因接触网支柱底母未调平,造成支柱斜率不满足要求而进行返工。本文提供了一种接触网支柱螺栓组螺母水平位置检测设备,以解决人工测量精度低、对施工结果影响大的问题。通过该检测设备,实现了多个螺母水平位置的同时检测及调平。仿真与试验证明,该结构的优化方案相比传统检测板有更好的测量精度,水平度测量误差率降低了73.91%。The operation of high⁃speed railway passenger dedicated lines requires extremely high installation accuracy of the overhead contact system pillars.At present,rework is often carried out due to the nuts of the overhead contact system pillars not being leveled,resulting in the slope of the pillars not meeting the requirements.This article provides a horizontal position detection device for the bolt group and nut of the overhead contact system to solve the problems of low manual measurement accuracy and significant impact on construction results.Through this detection device,simultaneous detection and leveling of multiple horizontal positions of nuts have been achieved.Simulation and experimental results have shown that the optimization scheme of this structure has better measurement accuracy compared to traditional detection boards,and the horizontal measurement error rate has been reduced by 73.91%.
