摘 要:为进一步推进“交通强国,铁路先行”的发展战略,动力集中动车组(CR200J)被国铁集团大力推广,以替换现行K/T字头普速列车。由于动力集中动车组在整备、检修及管理上与传统动力分散型动车组存在显著差异,各铁路局需对其运用检修设备设施进行适应性改造。本文以郑州五里堡动集动车组应急改造工程为例,探讨了CR200J动车组的管理检修模式、运用维修技术标准、标准化关键设备配置以及动车所的适应性改造方案。研究成果可有力指导动力集中动车组机辆段(所)的设计、建设和运用维修,推进机辆融合从设备设施融合逐步向管理模式深层融合的转变,对顺应铁路设施提质降本增效、提升机辆运维水平和发展有着重要意义。In order to further promote the development strategy of“transportation power,railway first”,the National Railway Group vigorously promotes the power⁃centralized EMU(CR200J)to replace the current K/T prefix general speed trains.Due to the significant differences in maintenance and management between centralized power EMU and traditional distributed power EMU,railway bureaus need to adapt the maintenance equipment and facilities.In this paper,the emergency renovation project of Zhengzhou Wulipu EMU depot is taken as an example,and the management and maintenance mode,maintenance technical standard,standardized key equipment configuration and adaptive transformation scheme of the CR200J EMU are discussed.The research results can effectively guide the design,construction and operation of EMU depot for power⁃centralized EMU,and promote the gradual transformation of the integration of locomotive and vehicle from the integration of equipment and facilities to the deep integration of management mode,which is of great significance for improving the quality of railway facilities,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and improving the operation and maintenance level and development of railway vehicles.
