摘 要:水泥土搅拌桩引进我国已有40多年,经历了消化、吸收和再创新不同阶段,已成为我国软土地基加固的主要形式之一,但在实际运用过程中仍存在桩身强度不均匀的问题,难以满足软基处理工程高质量持续发展的要求。本文分析了室内试验方法、勘察设计技术、施工技术及效果评价方法对水泥土搅拌桩均质化的影响;提出了使用多层差异地层的试验方法,利用物联网、大数据等新技术,实现水泥土搅拌桩施工过程关键参数的实时监测和动态调整的改进措施,从而提升其桩身强度均质化和智能化水平。Cement⁃soil mixing pile has been introduced into China for more than 40 years,and has gone through different stages of digestion,absorption and re⁃innovation,and has become one of the main forms of soft soil foundation reinforcement in China.However,there is still a problem of uneven strength of the pile body in practical application,which is difficult to meet the requirements of high⁃quality and sustainable development of soft soil treatment engineering.This article analyzes the influence of indoor testing methods,survey and design techniques,construction techniques,and effect evaluation methods on the homogenization of cement⁃soil mixing piles.It proposes a testing method using multi⁃layer differential strata and new technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data to achieve real⁃time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of key parameters during the construction process of cement soil mixing piles,thereby improving the homogenization and intelligence level of their pile strength.
