摘 要:目的:了解广州市某区社区卫生服务机构儿童保健工作人力资源现状,为卫生健康行政部门制定相关决策提供参考依据。方法:2023年4月,采用自行设计的调查问卷对广州市某区26个社区卫生服务机构的50名儿童保健人员进行线上问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果:26个社区卫生服务机构中,仅有53.85%的社区卫生服务机构配备2名及以上的儿童保健医生。50名从事儿童保健工作的医护人员的平均年龄为34.06岁,其中25~44岁人员最多,共42人,占84.00%;本科及以上学历者最多,共38人,占76.00%;所学专业为临床医学或预防医学者最多,共35人,占70.00%;平均工作年限为5.94年,其中<3年者最多,共23人,占42.00%;中级及以上职称者最多,共15人,占30.00%;取得执业医师证者最多,共36人,占72.00%。结论:广州市某区社区卫生服务机构人员配备不足,人员队伍不稳定,职称结构不合理。建议加大政府投入,增加编制以稳定队伍,加强人员培训,以适应新时期儿童保健医学的发展和要求。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of human resources for community children’s health care in a district of Guangzhou,and to provide reference for health administration departments to make relevant decisions.METHODS In April 2023,50 child health care workers in 26 community health service institutions in a district of Guangzhou were investigated with a questionnaire designed by ourselves,and the results were analyzed.RESULTS Among the 26 community health service institutions,only 53.85%of the community health service institutions were equipped with two or more child health doctors.The average age of 50 medical staff engaged in child health care was 34.06 years old,of which 25~44 years old were the most(42,accounting for 84.00%).The largest number of students with bachelor’s degree or above was 38,accounting for 76.00%.The major of clinical medicine or preventive medicine was the most,35 people,accounting for 70.00%.The average working life was 5.94 years,of which 23(42.00%)were<3 years.The middle and above titles were the most,15 people,accounting for 30.00%.The largest number of licensed doctors were 36,accounting for 72.00%.CONCLUSION The staff of community health service institutions in a district of Guangzhou is insufficient,the staff team is unstable,and the title structure is unreasonable.It is suggested to increase government input,increase the establishment to stabilize the team and strengthen personnel training to adapt to the development and requirements of child health medicine in the new era.
